Portabella Stuffed Mushroom Recipe
The first step is to destem the mushrooms and clean the mushroom caps. Chop the sweet pepper, onion, garlic and spinach. You can use any ingredients you prefer to stuff the mushrooms with. Saute in olive oil. Add bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Mix well.
Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture. Top with pasta sauce and bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake another 10 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
